As an ACE certified personal trainer, I love incorporating circuits and high-intensity moves into a traditional strength training routine. This allows you to get in and out of the gym in a shorter amount of time, while still reaching your fitness goals.
I’m all about doing what you can, when you can. I’ll never criticize you for what you ate or workouts your missed. Instead, I’ll always be here to motivate you and remind you why you started. Working out doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s about moving your body in a way that feels good and makes you stronger every day.
