Since moving to the Midwest, I’ve travelled back and forth to the east coast a lot. Combine that with trips I take to visit friends or for vacation, and I’m spending a lot of time traveling. Without access to your gym and knowing what to expect, it can be easy to just say forget it and skip a workout on vacation. For me, no workout means I’m basically asleep the entire day. Sneaking in this Metabolism-Boosting Full Body Travel Workout is a great way to wake up, get your blood flowing, and feel like yourself while traveling. I designed this routine with a hotel room in mind. You really don’t need a lot of space to complete this workout and there is zero equipment required.
This Metabolism-Boosting Full Body Travel Workout is composed of 5 groups of three moves. You’ll start with one minute of a bodyweight strength training move before moving into thirty seconds of a high-intensity cardio move and finishing with a one minute hold. Complete each group one time through, before starting back at the top and completing an additional round. If you are short on time, you can complete the workout once through. You’ll still get your heart rate up and strengthen your muscles.

Even if you aren’t traveling any time soon, this workout is great to sneak in at home when you don’t have time to make it to the gym. I love high-intensity workouts like this, and I can’t wait to see pictures of you all after completing the workout!
