Get Well With Em is focused on sharing quick, easy meals that are budget friendly. One great way to stick with a budget and avoid grabbing an unappetizing meal in it’s place, is through healthy meal prep recipes!

Breakfast:
Dairy-Free Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats I just posted these last week and so many of you said you were really excited to make them. Now is your chance! Peanut butter cups for breakfast, yes yes yes.
Lunch:
Individual Eggplant Personal Pizzas : These are Whole30 approved, dairy-free, and perfect to pack for lunches! Just like regular pizza, you can eat them warm or cold. Plus, making them is super quick. You just slice the eggplant and top with whatever you like!
Dinner:
Slow-Cooker Pork Banh Mi: Healthy protein isn’t solely chicken and fish. This healthy meal prep recipe features pork and the change up from chicken makes my tastebuds so happy! Slow-cook on Sunday, and throw the pork onto salads, in egg scrambles, or with roasted veggies for dinner the rest of the week!
Snack:
Protein-Packed Almond Joy Balls: Snacks are life. Seriously I’m always eating so having a snack on my healthy meal prep list is definitely necessary. These almond joy balls are perfect to throw into your bag and keep with you for when hanger strikes!
