My 5 Day Living Well Jumpstart with Get Well With Em and La Clé is finally here! I’m so excited to finally be able to share what I’ve been working on with you all. These 5 days are going to be filled with fun workouts, mindfulness challenges, meal prep tips, & fun prizes!

5 Day Living Well Jumpstart

My biggest dream for Get Well With Em is to help women break the perfectionist cycle when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. As you know, I have struggled with negative body images, my weight has gone up and down, and I’ve gone from working out to over an hour each day, to 40-50 minutes 5 days a week. I was restrictive with my diet, I had anxiety about going out to eat with friends, and I obsessively counted calories. I was miserable! Living in fear of your next meal and your ability to fit a workout in is stressful, isolating and simply not the way it should be.

That’s where my 5 Day Living Well Jumpstart comes in.

You’ll workout less, have more time for self-care, and connect with women who share the same goals as you. It won’t be about how long you were at the gym, or how well you stuck to your meal plan. It’s about how you feel. Energized. Strong. Confident. And most importantly, balanced.

5 Day Living Well Jumpstart

So what will you get with the 5 Day Living Well Jumpstart?

  • 3 HIIT workouts for the week! These will all be 30 minutes or less, but be prepared to sweat. Cutting down the workout time means upping the intensity!
  • Daily mindfulness challenges. Think writing letters to your friends, drinking your favorite tea and reading a book before bed, and keeping a list of things you are grateful for every day.
  • Meal prep tips! If you’re subscribed, you already have my meal prep guide. If not, be sure to subscribe and grab it ! I’ll be adding onto this guide and showing you which meals from Get Well With Em are perfect to prep for the week.
