Complete Your Workout In 30 Minutes!

By now you all know that I love to workout Whether it’s running, yoga, circuit training, or just straight lifting, I’ve got to fit it in. When I don’t get my body moving, all of the anxious energy gets stuck inside me. Trust me, you don’t want to be around when that happens. I’m on edge, low energy, and just a grump in general.

To make sure I can squeeze a workout into my schedule, I’ve developed some killer 30 minute routines. If you aren’t following me on Instagram, then you’re missing out on my #ThankfulThursday workouts! All of the workouts I’m going to share with you today, have previously been posted there.

I created this routine to compliment my half marathon training. If you’re a runner, this lower body routine is a great way to build up power and stability through plyometrics and single leg movements.

Set your timer for 10, 20, or 30 minutes! In that time, see how many rounds of these 5 moves you can complete! Record how many and try to beat your record the next time around!
