Hey everyone, today I’m introducing a new series: a weekly meal prep plan! Each week I will be sharing four recipes featuring other bloggers and myself. These recipes will all be simple, healthy, and perfect for meal prep. I’ll feature one breakfast, one snack, one lunch, and one dinner. I got this idea because this is how I plan my meals for the week. I spend some time scrolling Instagram and Pinterest, looking for recipes that I want to make. Then I break them into categories and make a grocery list! Well, I didn’t make the grocery list, but I did all the scrolling for you. If you do want the grocery list, let me know and I can add that to the posts in the future!
I’m going to keep it short and sweet so you can get to your weekly meal prep! Here are the recipes.
Dairy Free Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats : This is one of the most loved recipes on Get Well With Em and I don’t blame you! It’s chocolatey, packed with protein, and of course, perfect for weekly meal prep!
These 6 Ingredient Paleo Protein Bars from Balanced Life Leslie are packed with health benefits and sound seriously delicious! Bonus–I bet you can customize them based on your favorite ingredients and flavor profiles.
I like to keep my lunch simple. As in, throw it all in a bowl and eat it super fast. This Poached chicken with Coriander and Lemongrass Sauce from Rachael’s Foodie Life is perfect for that!
I LOVE asparagus and peas. I really do. Maybe because by the time spring rolls around I’m just so ready for some vegetables that aren’t in squash form. This Springtime Pasta with Asparagus & Peas from Well-Fed Soul has all my favorite vegetables! Sometimes the simplest recipes really taste the best!
There you have it! Four simple recipes for your weekly meal prep. Now you can spend more time off your phone or computer and outside! I hope you love this new series, I’m really excited about it! And let me know if you’d like a grocery list next week and I’ll get right on that!
