Instead, find some recipes you’re excited to try and move on.

A few life updates from me while you’re here! I am no longer working at a brewery and am now focusing on expanding my blog projects, personal training (online and in person), and working more with the chiropractic clinic who I manage social media and events for.
To kick off my expansion of personal training, I’m offering a special! In person personal training is 10% off and online personal training is 25% off! To take advantage of this offer, e-mail me, firstname.lastname@example.org, and purchase a package before Saturday, July 8th! I’m really excited to get back into personal training, and I hope we can work together! To find out more about my personal training background, go here.
Alright, now that we have that covered, let’s get back to your post-holiday reset meal prep plan!
Breakfast: Prosciutto Plantain Egg Cups with Spicy Chimichurri by Eat the Gains
I’ve seen so many simple egg cups, but these look like they’re packed with flavor and so so tasty! Just because you are trying to reset your diet after a holiday weekend doesn’t mean you need to eat a bunch of food lacking flavor!
Snack: Creamy Turmeric-Infused White Lentil Hummus by With Health and Gratitude
I love the idea of hummus without beans! Plus, with the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric, this recipe is perfect after a lot of holiday food and drinks!
Lunch: Healthy Grilled Chicken Salad with Blackberries & Cashews by Get Well With Em
This is one of my favorite salad combos that I’ve ever made! Now that cherries are in season, you could sub them in for the blackberries. With all the different flavors and textures in this salad your tastebuds are going to be so happy!
Dinner: Greek Spiced Turkey Burgers by Healthy Helper
I love turkey burgers, but catch myself falling into the trap of just throwing things in a pan and hoping it tastes good. Usually it tastes alright, but the flavors in these Greek spiced turkey burgers look amazing! Can’t wait to hit the reset button and give these a try.
There you have it! Four recipes for your post-holiday reset. Don’t forget, if you want to take advantage of my personal training sale, reach out to me by this Saturday to get started!
