You ready for a chocolatey treat that’s secretly good for you? These No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls are just that. With dates, almonds, and cacao. These bites pack a punch with protein, healthy fats and energy for a busy week! And holiday season for that matter.
I first shared this recipe last fall during Meals n’ Munchies with Crunchy Kat. Well, I made these No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls to bring into work this week, and I decided it was time to give them a quick photo upgrade. SO NECESSARY.
I also decided to bring the recipe onto my blog, instead of just sharing over on Kat’s. I want to make sure you can enjoy these no-bake chocolate energy balls as quickly as possible.
In an Instagram poll earlier this week, I asked you all if you’re more interested in recipes or workouts. The vast majority of you, close to 85%, said recipes. Sounds good to me! I’m going to start by updating previous posts, from over a year ago, and taking new photos. Many of you probably never even saw these recipes, and I can’t stand the way the posts look now, so it’s a win-win. New-to-you recipes and more appealing pictures. WHOOP WHOOP!
Speaking of pictures, I just signed of for Broma Bakery’s Foodtography Course and I’m so excited to use the tools to develop better pictures. It’s going to be a game changer I know it. Ever since being a part of the yearbook in high school I’ve loved photography. It’s been so much fun to learn more about this side of blogging and get creative with my camera.
But enough about me, let’s stop that stomach growling and get to the recipe! OH and if you want some more energy balls, make sure you check out these gingerbread balls or these nut-free apricot energy balls!
