As an Italian, I know how to make my own meatballs. Really good meatballs at that. But sometimes I just don’t feel like taking the time to make them. These meatballs from Simek’s are the perfect size to make this easy meatball appetizer. In the time it takes to cook the meatballs, you’ve got a delicious cranberry chutney to dip them in too!
I’m really excited about this partnership because for every follow on Instagram between now and 1/5/18, they’ll donate a meal! I know I take the daily food I eat for granted, and I’m grateful for the chance to give back through this campaign.
This easy meatball appetizer is just what you need to get you through the holiday season. It comes together so quickly, and I just love the combination of tart cranberries with earthy rosemary.
