I’ve had this recipe in my back pocket, patiently waiting to share with you all for a while now. I know that turkey burgers are technically grilled, but we don’t all have access to a grill, so baking is the second best option! That being said, if you do have a grill, you should totally grill these. And then send me a picture or tag me on social media so I can live vicariously through you and your life with a grill.
ANYWAYS these baked turkey burgers are super tasty regardless of how you cook them. K-Mama Sauce is a Korean hot sauce with sesame oil and gochujang, among other ingredients, and it packs a lot of flavor into these burgers. You can find K-Mama on Amazon here, or search on their site to find them in a store near you! If you’re in the Twin Cities they’re in Kowalskis, Lunds, Lakewinds Co-Op and a few others!
I’ve been the queen of meal prep lately, and turkey burgers are definitely in the rotation. They take no time at all, and you can have them with whatever vegetables you have on hand. Personally, I see the sweet potatoes as an additional requirement but I’ll leave that to your discretion.
Whether you’re watching the Super Bowl today, or meal prepping for a busy week ahead, these baked turkey burgers are a must try! Snag some K-Mama Sauce and get cookin!
