This week I’m bringing you a 4th of July Meal Prep Plan! All of these meals can be made ahead of time and then brought with you to the lake house, cabin, camping, or to your neighbor’s BBQ! I don’t know about you, but while I love to eat healthy when traveling, I don’t always want to cook. So let these recipe ideas be a source of inspiration for you.

First up, breakfast.
Broccoli Cheddar Egg Muffins by Home Cooked Happy!
These little egg muffins are so customizable. If you don’t eat dairy, just leave it out! Don’t like broccoli? Swap in some spinach! I know I’m going to bring these into my meal prep rotation to make mornings a bit easier even after 4th of July!
Next on the 4th of July meal prep plan, we’ve got snacks!
One Bowl Oatmeal Raisin Cookies by Get Well With Em!
When I go to a BBQ I am always eyeing the desserts. Yes all the grilled chicken and vegetables and watermelon looks great, but I’ve got a sweet tooth. Well, these oatmeal raisin cookies are whole wheat, refined sugar free, dairy free, AND they are made using one bowl. I’m all about easy clean up.
Next up on your 4th of July Meal Prep Plan — LUNCH!
Tex-Mex Taco Casserole by Hungry By Nature
For me, lunch has to be something that can be thrown together and eaten quick. This Tex-Mex taco casserole is just that. I don’t care if it looks pretty, I just care if it tastes good. All the flavors in this casserole are sure to bring that punch!
Last but not least, dinner. What would your 4th of July Meal Prep Plan be without a grilling recipe?!
Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken by Eat the Gains
A short ingredient list and lots of flavor, that’s what I’m all about! If you don’t have a grill, you could be like me and use your cast iron skillet!
And that’s it! All the meals you need for a fun 4th of July weekend! If you make any of these recipes, don’t forget to tag me on Instagram @getwellwithem and use the hashtag #getwellwithem!
