With kids going back to school and fall weather rolling in, everyone is starting to settle back into a routine. I know some people are kicking off September with a Whole30, and I will be in October. So this week I’m sharing 4 easy fall Whole30 recipes with you all!
To be honest, the fall is my favorite season. As much as I love the heat of the summer, you can ALWAYS go outside in the fall. Not too hot, not too cold. And growing up in Virginia, I really grew to love the change of the leaves and all the outdoor activities that fall can bring. C’mon hot apple cider and apple picking in the Blue Ridge Mountains with the leaves changing? It really doesn’t get better. Minnesota friends, when are we road tripping back to Virginia?!
It’s only natural that with my love of the fall, a ton of my recipes are hearty, warm, and full of spice. AND because I like to keep it grain and dairy free (it’s just what works best for you) my recipes also fit within the Whole30 guidelines. So here are 4 easy fall Whole30 recipes to help you get back into your healthy eating routine and on our A-game!
- Grain Free Paleo Breakfast Hash
- Mediterranean Tuna Sala with Roasted Potatoes
- Cranberry Cashew Energy Balls
- Whole30 Chicken Coconut Curry Soup
So now that we’ve got breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner covered, you’ve got your first week of your fall Whole30 all set! Let me know which one you’re going to make first. Hope this helps make your Whole30 the most successful yet!
