Hey everyone! I just got back from Colorado and I’m relying on this summer meal prep plan to get me back in a groove. I chose recipes with little to no over time and of course, minimal prep time. I’m most excited to try to Meal Prep Thai Chicken Salad! I love Thai food and now I can enjoy it while continuing my Pretty Little Liars binge. I’m not going to argue with that!
