By now you all know that I love to workout Whether it’s running, yoga, circuit training, or just straight lifting, I’ve got to fit it in. When I don’t get my body moving, all of the anxious energy gets stuck inside me. Trust me, you don’t want to be around when that happens. I’m on edge, low energy, and just a grump in general.
